Does the property have a private pool and is it heated?
Yes, it is exclusive to the cottage. The pool is heated by solar panels and when necessary it is supported by a heat pump.
Is it possible to have an early check-in or late check-out?
We will do our best to accommodate your schedule, but we will not be able to confirm the possibility of an early check-in or late check-out until 1-2 days prior to the reservation check-in.
How many people can we accommodate / Can we accommodate additional people?
La Pera accommodates a maximum of 12 people (including children). EXCLUSIVELY. For your comfort and safety, we do not allow additional guests beyond the number indicated, except for infants under 1 year old.
Are pets allowed in the property?
No, We do not allow pets.
What is your policy regarding events/parties?
Your comfort and enjoyment is our priority, however, excessive consumption of alcohol or drugs of any kind will not be tolerated. Live music: bands, mariachis, etc. are not allowed. Failure to comply will be subject to a monetary penalty of $ 1,800.00 (one thousand eight hundred pesos).
What is the layout of the cabin like?
La Pera has two bedrooms, each with two queen size beds, a loft with two single beds and a full bathroom (shower, toilet and sink), equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, outdoor living room with fireplace and private pool.
Do you have a barbecue grill?
We do have a gas grill.

El Apapacho can receive a maximum of 8 people (including children). EXCLUSIVELY. For your comfort and safety, we do not allow additional guests beyond the indicated number, except for newborn babies under 1 year of age.

We do not allow pets.

El Apapacho has two bedrooms. 2 queen beds, a loft with 2 single beds, 1 double sofa bed, 2 and a half bathrooms, equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, outdoor dining room, fire pit and private pool.
Do you have a barbecue grill?
Yes, we have a gas grill. *Weber brand.
